Management Partner/Practice Manager: Ms Deepa Busam 

The practice manager is responsible for the overall running of the surgery. The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Our receptionist's role is to welcome patients and deal with any sensitive, urgent and intricate patient enquiries. They will prioritise requests based on clinical need and often deal with many demands at once. For this reason you may be asked to give additional medical information by them. Our reception staff are involved in general office duties, but also have responsibilities for particular administrative areas. They can be extremely busy but will always try to deal with your request as quickly as possible. We would be very grateful if you could be as patient and courteous towards them as you can.
