You may require a service that is not covered by the NHS. This means that a fee is chargeable for this service and is always payable in advance. An up to date list of charges is available at reception. Forms for completion should be left at reception and should allow 14 days before enquiring with regard to collection. Forms that require you to have a medical examination e.g Fitness to undertake Sports, HGV Driving checks, PreEmployment Health checks, will need a special appointment.
