An induction loop is available to help the hard of hearing. This can also be provided to individual consulting rooms when necessary. If you feel it is appropriate, you may ask your doctor for a chaperone to be present during a consultation or examination.

If your first language is not English, some of our staff speak additional languages. The practice has access to language line, (a telephone service allowing us access to interpreters in many different languages).
